Pro UPRT Turbine
The Pro UPRT Turbine course is designed for professional pilots operating turbine aircraft. Training mirrors upset avoidance and recovery techniques applicable to large cabin aircraft and can be customized for jet operations with traditional or fly-by-wire flight control systems. Every course is taught personally by a Senior Production Test Pilot with over 20 years of UPRT experience.

What You Will Cover:
Ground training focuses on the Mentality of Safety including Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM), Crew Resource Management (CRM), and Threat and Error Management (TEM), combined with Advanced Aerodynamics specific to turbine upset scenarios including swept wing aerodynamics, high altitude operations, and fly-by-wire considerations.
Each ground lesson pairs with a corresponding flight lesson performing Advanced Handling Maneuvers that reinforce ground training and suppress Startle Effect — the normal adverse psychological reaction to an unexpected upset.
This course can be customized to best meet the training needs of each pilot or operator, including specific considerations for jet operations with traditional or fly-by-wire flight control systems. Pilots are given time to build skills at their own pace before demonstrating confident upset recognition, prevention, and recovery both visually and by reference to instruments.
